Undulation Nouveau: Bellydance is at the Pinhook this evening, Aug 31, starting at 8pm.  Along with many talented area dancers attending; Aziza's intermediate students will be performing a Saudi Cane dance.  The Pinhook is located at 117 W Main street Durham, NC. There is NO COVER CHARGE.   Please come and support our local dancer!

On Wednesday, Oct 27 at 7:30pm, Aziza Fadwa will be hosting “Belly-ween at the Pinhook”. In the Pinhook tradition- newer dancers who would like more experience dancing in public or who would like to try out a new routine are welcome to try out their wings in front of a supportive audience. The Pinhook is a neighborhood bar located at 117 West Main St., Durham, NC., with a private room in the back with a stage. There is no cover charge, so bring your family and friends!!!! There is plenty of safe street parking. Now as this date is so close to Halloween, dancers are encouraged to come in their Halloween costumes, dance to spooky music, dance in their lovely BD costume or whatever as long as it's in good taste. Aziza will be teaching a 2 hour mini- workshop this Saturday afternoon, August 21st, starting at 2pm at the Ninth Street Dance Studio in Durham, NC.   Aziza will teach several very useful arm movements going from basic to complex that will add more dimension to anyone's dance as well as some new combinations!   Please come 15 minutes to register in person.  Cost: $20.00

Journey with us along the Silk Road for an evening that will delight your senses with enchanting dancing, dazzling costumes and captivating rhythms - all in a beautiful theater setting! This gala full production performance will feature the phenomenal talents of professional Middle Eastern dancers and musicians from throughout central North Carolina. Performances will range from folkloric to funky, from tribal to cabaret! Live music provided by our special guests, the Lost Nomads. Light refreshments will be served.
